Possibly Miss Caroline Watson and assistant using Follows & Bate Ltd.'s "Magic" Marmalade Machine to cut up oranges in the production of Parochial Marmalade in Leavesden circa 1900. She reports the machines work "right merrily" cutting up to eight oranges a minute.
