Watercolour, not signed, no date.River with buildings, possibly a mill, and both small footbridge and larger bridge over the river.
Note attached reads "Cottonmill, Footbridge over the Ver. Watercolour over pencil on a rough surface handmade paper. Here the wintry setting has benfitted from the use of a rougher textured paper, the shadows oresent in the surface of the sheet giving the winter light a 'greyness' ".
NB. Comparing the description in this note with the actual image, it is not clear whether this is in fact the label that corresponds with it.
