Doll dressed in national costume? Red with a black ribbon which has a fringe of silver stars. Made by Miss Peters of Lindley Court, Valley Road, St Albans. Miss Peters made many 'dolls of the world' she died in the late 1970's aged 92. There was an article about her in the local newspaper
