bronze colchester brooch in two pieces, broken mid-bow, missing pin and half of spring, bow has two verticle decorative ridges where it meets the head, the wings have one verticle groove at the outermost end, the foot is a round knob with a horizontal ridge above it, the catch plate has two sub-triangular holes, 5.8 cm combined length
