Description
3 rims and 20 sherds comprising about half a body circuit of black burnished 2 type ware jar. Micaceous fine sand tempered ware, brown with dark grey surfaces. Burnished rim, shoulder and base. Decoration: burnished lattice on a matt ground. possibly from colchester or Much Hadham potteries
