Description
Small service booklet for unveiling of panels by C.G. Maynard Esq J.P. and dedication by Bishop of St Albans. The booklet declares that it is a commemoration of the combined services of the staffs of Hill End and St Bartholemews Hospitals during the War years 1939 - 1945. The oak panelling was in the sanctuary of the Hospital Chapel as shown by a photograph on the back of the booklet.
